Consent, e-records and backups

NutriMind AI handles clinical information. This notice explains, in plain language, what we ask for and what we do with it.

Consent comes first

We ask for your explicit consent before storing or processing any health information. Clinical features — the AI advisor, consultations and e-records — stay locked until you agree.

Consent is recorded with a version and a timestamp, so both you and your clinician can see exactly what you agreed to and when.

Who can see your records

You can always see your own records. A licensed pharmacist, nutritionist or hospital clinician can open your e-records only when you have granted record-sharing consent and they are handling a case you opened.

Platform administrators can access records for support and safety purposes. Every read and write is scoped by database access rules, not by the app alone.

Backups of everything

Consultations, consultation messages, AI analyses, uploaded documents, orders, profiles and consent records are copied into an append-only archive whenever they are created, changed or deleted.

That means a consultation answer or an order can be reconstructed even if the live record is later edited or removed.

Your controls

You can update or withdraw your consent at any time from your dashboard. Withdrawing stops new processing and immediately ends clinician access to your history.

Records and their archive copies may be retained where professional or legal record-keeping duties apply. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email info@nutrimindhealth.store.
